SHIPPING POLICY

Jackson Apparel ships all orders Monday through Friday. Kindly, allow 1-3 business days to process orders. Processing and shipping may be impacted by national holidays and poor weather.

RETURN POLICY

Jackson Apparel accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit. The store credit will not expire and will be in the form of an electronic gift card. All accessories (including vintage accessories) and sale items are final sale. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
