  • FOUNDING PARTNER

My name is Liberty Croutch, co-founder of Jackson. I was born in North Carolina, raised in Idaho, and currently reside in Texas. Moreover, I have attended Occidental College and am currently a student at the G. Brint Ryan College of Business at UNT.

I have always had an entrepreneurial background and big dreams and goals. Growing up with parents who owned their own businesses, and being around amazing leaders who also did made me want to do the same. I had the drive and the passion, I just was not sure of the details — the when, where, what, and how.

When I met Rachel, we immediately bonded. I saw my heart for business, fashion, and excellence reflected in another person and I really knew that it was time to walk in my calling.

Jackson is a product of God’s grace and redemption. I am so thrilled for what is next to come and hope you love our business as much as we do!

  • FOUNDING PARTNER

My name is Rachel Ann Jackson, co-owner of Jackson. Born and raised in Auburn, Alabama - War Eagle!

I’ve always had a taste for entrepreneurship and fashion. I started working in retail around 16 years old and really found my passion while working at a local boutique called Amour. The family who owned it were amazing Christian women who really trusted me and allowed me to have freedom with merchandising, social media, and customer relations. It was through them that I learned the ins and outs of running a boutique and making the connections to take my experience even further. I started working for a wholesale fashion brand which included traveling to Atlanta, Dallas, and Vegas for wholesale markets. So, with the back end experience of where the clothes come from and how they’re designed and the front end experience of they are marketed, how they are sold, and how a business should run and operate to be successful I felt prepared and ready to start own my journey!

There is no one else I’d rather to do this with than Liberty Croutch. We met and bonded during a not so pleasurable employment experience; we were able to come together and move past that being stronger, smarter, and created something positive.
