Where do you ship?

How do I make a change to my order?

Reach out to support@jacksonapparel.co as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you. However, please kindly note that we cannot guarantee any order adjustments after purchase.

When will I receive my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. National holidays and poor weather may delay shipping/arrival time.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Jackson Apparel accepts exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for store credit. The store credit will not expire and will be in the form of an electronic gift card. All accessories (including vintage accessories) and sale items are final sale. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

My order says delivered but I can’t find it!

First, we ask that you double check to ensure you used the correct shipping address. If you did, please give your package a day or two to arrive, as often times packages are prematurely marked as delivered. Also be sure to check with any neighbors! If you still don't receive your package, reach out to our customer support team for assistance. While we not liable for lost or stolen packages after they've left our care, we will do our best to help ensure you get your items!
